CONCEPT ONE HOME WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INSPECTION AND/OR WARRANTY ORDERS
>> Concept One strongly advises Realtor to discuss these terms with the Ordering Party.
SCOPE OF INSPECTION
The scope of any ordered inspection and/or report is a limited visual inspection of the general systems and components of the home to identify any system or component listed in the report that may be in need of immediate major repair.
