The Concept One Comprehensive Home Warranty Plan covers the specific items described under each of the following categories.
Please note: The following is a description of a typical home warranty that has an inspection by Concept One or a qualified inspection company (report required for the warranty). The home warranty plan is not effective until individual items have been cleared by the inspection for the home warranty and all fees are paid in full. Refer to your home warranty contract for full details.
