  • All payments are due at time of inspection unless otherwise agreed to by Concept One to be paid at the time of closing.
  • Certification for: AC, Roof, Heating, Addition/Conversion and Structural – $85 charge for 1st certification and $45 for each additional
  • WARRANTY INCLUDES ONE FREE RE-INSPECTION, $79 SERVICE FEE FOR ALL THEREAFTER.
  • NOTE: ALL UTILITIES AND PILOTS MUST REMAIN ON FOR INSPECTIONS.
  • Inspections are done in accordance with A.S.H.I. Standards.
